Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching on AAT Level 2-4 courses.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the continuous improvement of the AAT programme.
Essential requirements:
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Relevant accountancy qualifications (minimum Level 4 AAT or equivalent).
• Industry or teaching experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to student success and professional development.
