dhBorders is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a long-established and internationally trading company based right here in the Scottish Borders. Specialising in the sourcing and global distribution of products, they are seeking to appoint a Customer Executive to join their friendly team at their Galashiels office.
This is a key role supporting both customers and the internal sales function, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with a global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting an established international customer base
2. Coordinating with the internal sales team on customer needs
3. Managing the full order lifecycle – from processing to delivery
4. Liaising with shipping partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
The ideal candidate will have:
5. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
6. Experience maintaining internal systems and trackers
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
8. Prior experience with SAP Business One is desirable – training will be provided if needed
