Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach, primarily via telephone. This is a performance-focused role requiring a hardworking individual who can dedicate a minimum of two hours per day to active talk time, speaking with potential clients. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets are essential. This role offers a clear progression route into an Account Manager position for high performers.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, ideally involving cold calling and new business generation. Experience within the IT services sector is advantageous but not essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Maintain a minimum of two hours of daily telephone talk time
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
Stay informed on company services and industry trends
