UX Design + CRO = Great Digital Products
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant with CRO + UX flair (part‑time).
Higher Ground is looking for someone smart, creative, and hands‑on to help us market our own content and our clients’.
We want someone who truly gets digital performance. Someone who knows that effective marketing isn’t just about output it’s about outcomes.
You’ll be helping to:
* Create and promote content that converts — from case studies and social posts to website features.
* Shape messaging with a CRO and UX mindset.
* Understand (and experiment with) AI and generative search, using it to give our clients an edge.
* Format and present photography, visuals, and stories in a way that feels sharp, modern, and authentic.
* Support digital marketing activity across web and social media platforms.
You’ll have:
* A background in website or digital marketing.
* Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) or user experience (UX).
* An understanding of how content drives performance.
* Ideally, examples of work that’s lifted engagement, conversions, or brand perception.
Applicants must be in the Manchester region and no agencies please.
