Key Responsibilities:
* Product Support: Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the correct use of our devices.
* Training & Education: Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use, benefits, and best practices of our orthopaedic products.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer meetings.
* Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse, specifically within orthopaedics.
* Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instrumentation.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and educate medical professionals.
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the commercial side of the medical industry.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Travel: Willingness to travel across the North West.
