As a Customer Service Specialist – Insurance Brokers, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients and insurer partners, while supporting the delivery of precise, compliant, and high‑quality insurance services. Acting in line with “The Nacora Way”, you will combine technical expertise with a strong service mindset to help grow and sustain our business.


How you create impact

* Manage and support an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are met accurately and effectively
* Respond to client and internal stakeholder requests with professionalism, speed, and attention to detail
* Build and continuously enhance strong working relationships with Nacora’s network of insurers and brokers
* Prepare and coordinate high‑quality insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
* Proactively develop your technical insurance knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the team


What we would like you to bring

* Experience working in a professional, client‑facing environment, ideally within commercial insurance or insurance broking
* Working knowledge of key commercial insurance classes and awareness of FCA compliance requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high levels of precision and analytical ability
* A proactive mindset with the drive to learn, develop, and identify opportunities to add value for clients
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling insurance‑related data and documentation
