As an Enterprise Technology Support Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional technology support to colleagues across the globe. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, driving service improvements, and supporting strategic projects that shape how our people work.
What You’ll Do
Support & Troubleshooting
* Be the first point of contact for all IT support issues, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
* Provide remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Deliver technical fixes and escalate complex problems to specialist teams.
Project & Process Excellence
* Contribute technical expertise to global projects and transformation initiatives.
* Identify and implement service improvements, automation opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums.
* Support the rollout of new systems, including operating systems, M365, and software updates.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with GDT teams (Modern Workplace, Platform Engineering, Cyber, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Keep users informed on ticket progress and manage expectations against SLAs.
* Build strong relationships across the business and coach team members to grow their skills.
Innovation & Impact
* Help shape the future of Boldyn’s IT service organisation.
* Support the integration of new systems and processes, including ServiceNow and New Core rollouts.
* Drive improvements in internal satisfaction scores and content adoption.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in enterprise IT support, ideally within a global organisation.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
* Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic network triage.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and user experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
