Role Overview: The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in creating a range of delicate desserts, traditional puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include preparing desserts for large conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
* Excellent planning and time management
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in all relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
