We're seeing an increase in demand for corporate lawyers across several of our in-house clients.
If you're a 4+ PQE corporate lawyer interested in working flexibly on short-to-medium term assignments, we'd love to hear from you.
The kinds of tasks you’ll be getting involved with:
* Supporting on corporate deals, including due diligence, SPA and post completion matters
* Integrating and standardising contracts
* Corporate governance matters
* Helping to integrate newly acquired businesses from a legal perspective
* Online data room set up and management
* Company establishment, licensing and restructuring
