Your Day-to-Day * Supervise staff and be responsible for budgetary control. * Manage a repairs and property management division. * Demobilise the current contract. * Assist with all aspects of compliance and provide assistance on complaints, member enquiries and ombudsman cases. What you’ll need * Experience of contract management (either as client or contractor). * Excellent negotiating skills. * Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
