Closing Date: Friday 15th May 2026 The Cadillac Formula 1 ® Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Composite Laminator to join our composite manufacturing team based in Silverstone. In this role, you will assist in the layering and cure process of composite materials used in our competitive racing cars. You will work under the guidance of experienced laminators and help us uphold our high standards of quality and precision in motorsport manufacturing. Preparation of composite materials for lamination, including cutting and laying up as per specifications Assist in the lamination process of composite components in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Participate in the curing process of composite components, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations Collaborate with senior team members to improve skills and techniques in composite lamination Document production processes accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor Requirements Driven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team?
