As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we're looking for a caring and dedicated Live In Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. Being a Live‑In Carer offers a real sense of purpose and job satisfaction. You will live with a customer, providing companionship, support and reassurance, while helping them remain safe and independent. Please note: Applicants MUST have their own permanent residence local to us in the North East of England, or the lower Scottish Borders (just north of Berwick‑Upon‑Tweed).
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to the customer’s needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
* Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
* Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face and provide companionship
Qualifications
* Full Driving Licence & your own reliable vehicle
* Excellent spoken English
* To be able to commit to living with a client for periods of time
* Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
