Private Client Solicitor - Full-Time, PermanentLocation: SalisburyA well-established, family-run law firm based in Salisbury is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner to join their busy office. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment that values a healthy work-life balance.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and a proven track record of consistently high-quality work and successful billing history. They will be genuine, caring, and attentive to client needs.Key responsibilities include:
* Managing their own caseload with fee-earning work across all areas of private client law, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work
* Supporting the development and growth of the private client department
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
* Maintaining strong client relationships and actively contributing to business development
For the right individual, the position offers potential progression to Head of Department.Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner with 3+ years PQE
* Strong technical expertise in private client matters
* Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and client-focused approach
* Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* Proficient in IT
