Could you be our Registered Care Manager?
We have a fantastic Registered Care Manager (RCM) opportunity within our Residential Service in Carrickfergus.
This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week. We are offering a Salary of £36,563 per annum.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the management team who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
It is essential to have a Full UK Driver's License for this position.
Edenvale Avenue is a 10-bed residential service supporting individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs. It is a beautiful service, offering a supportive working environment committed to quality, training, and staff development.
The high staffing ratios reflect Sense’s commitment to providing high-quality services that meet the unique needs of the people we support.
As a Registered Care Manager, you will be managing a large staff team including the Deputy Manager, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
The team encourages that no one is left out of life and that independence and daily living skills are continually developed.
Your required skills and experiences:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in health and social care, including at least 2 years in operational management.
* Effective communication with stakeholders, commissioners, and service users.
* NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, including adult residential management.
* Experience supporting a large staff team and individuals with challenging behaviour.
* A full UK Driver's License.

* Supporting individuals/groups in their home and community to reach their full potential.
* Providing line management support.
* Rota and annual leave management.
* Delivering high-quality, responsive services to people with learning disabilities.
* Identifying needs and outcomes for each individual.
* Ensuring services meet or exceed legal and organizational standards.
