LÛX Media is a fast growing content creation and social media agency specialising in short-form content, video production, and growth strategies. We’ve built our name in music and entertainment and are now expanding across hospitality, luxury, brands, lifestyle, and events, working with brands to elevate their online presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. We’re a small but ambitious agency, only a year and a half old, and already working with major names. About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Social Media Manager to lead on strategy, scheduling, and performance across all LÛX Media and client social accounts. You’ll be the spearhead for the social media management side of the company driving structure, innovation, and growth as we scale. You’ll take ownership of how we manage, strategise, and deliver social content day to day, ensuring that everything we post is on time, on brand, and performing at its best. You’ll also create the story content for our clients whether it’s graphics or short videos. You’ll play a creative and strategic role in developing ideas for campaigns and shoots, working closely with the content creation and editing teams to bring them to life. You’ll also work directly with the company directors to shape the vision of campaigns and how we execute them. You’ll play an integral role in pushing the agency to the next level through leadership, creativity, and precision. This is a hands on role where flexibility, communication, and initiative are key. You’ll occasionally attend shoots to assist the content creation team at a producer level, ensuring the right content is captured for upcoming campaigns. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, is hardworking, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. This is a senior position where you’ll have a voice in how LÛX evolves, scales, and delivers best in class results for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead and adapt strategy across all client accounts, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and performance data.
* Work directly with company directors to shape campaign vision, strategy, and execution.
* Support the development of pitch decks and proposals with strategic input.
* Generate creative ideas and content directions for upcoming shoots and campaigns.
* Identify new opportunities, tools, and trends to keep clients and the agency ahead of the curve.
Content Management & Scheduling
* Oversee daily scheduling and posting across all client and internal accounts.
* Ensure all posts are approved, captioned, tagged, and delivered on time.
* Act as final quality control, spotting and correcting any errors before content goes live.
* Work closely with editors and creators to ensure assets are delivered on time and in line with creative briefs.
* Create story content for Instagram/TikTok Stories to complement feed content.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor daily performance and use analytics to guide future strategy.
* Identify which content types drive the best results and advise on what to produce more of.
* Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, either in person or via Zoom.
* Track and optimise content based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
Innovation & Leadership
* Proactively suggest improvements across systems, workflows, and creative output.
* Collaborate with directors and team members to strengthen efficiency and performance.
* Stay on top of trends, algorithms, and new platform features.
* As the agency grows, manage and mentor Social Media Managers, setting processes and standards.
About you
* Minimum 2-4 years’ experience managing social media at agency or brand level.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategy across multiple brands.
* Data driven mindset with confidence using analytics tools and insights.
* Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented with strong time management.
* Confident communicator with experience managing clients and leading reporting calls.
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
* A creative thinker who balances vision with precision.
* Comfortable attending shoots and acting as producer to ensure alignment with campaign strategy.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.

Schedule
* Monday to Friday (9–5)
* Weekend availability may be required for reactive content or shoots (done as overtime).

Pay
£30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
