This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with experience in property litigation to join a supportive, forward‑thinking practice. Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of property-related disputes from instruction through to resolution.
* Handle a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, commercial and residential landlord & tenant issues, and easement disputes.
* Represent clients in County Court, High Court, and Tribunal proceedings.
* Provide clear advice on legal prospects, strategy, and settlement negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with individuals, landlords, and SMEs.
* Collaborate across departments and contribute to the wider goals of the team.
* Support marketing and business development activities, including networking and content creation.
Experience Required
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), ideally with experience in property disputes.
* Able to manage a varied caseload independently from start to finish.
* Sound knowledge of litigation strategy and court procedures.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client care.
* Commercially minded, with an interest in networking and business development.
* A team player with a flexible, proactive approach to work.
