Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons for KS3 & KS4. Prepare students for GCSE exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement. Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive Maths curriculum. Track and assess student performance, adapting teaching where needed. Build a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student success. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge across the Maths curriculum. Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Desirable: Experience teaching A-Level Maths or Further Maths. Proven record of improving outcomes at KS4.
