We are looking to hire a highly driven Administrator to join the Group Trade team at Central Car Auctions in Birtley. You will be responsible for collating and allocating all trade vehicles to auctions throughout the UK and assist the team with reports including debtors, invoicing, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Using various Microsoft packages including Power App and SharePoint to collate and allocate transport for the group
* Reviewing debtors and ensuring sold vehicles are invoiced in a timely manner
* Managing a busy Outlook inbox and answering telephone queries
* Accurately collating information and producing reports for management as required
* Performing data entry tasks
* Providing customer service
* General administrative duties as required
Qualifications
* Previous office experience required (1-2 years)
* Customer service experience
* High levels of organisation and accuracy
* Great communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced office environment
* Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to meet deadlines
* Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Good to have but not essential
* Kerridge experience
* Microsoft Teams experience

Hours Full time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30am - 6pm and Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm
