They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain. As they Supply Chain Manager you will ensure the timely flow of goods from suppliers to production. You will lead a team and drive efficiency, directly contributing to the company's operational success and high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Monitor and expedite deliveries, resolving any delays promptly.
* Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to material supply.
* Forecast stock needs and manage product shelf life.
* Support new product development with ingredient implementation.
* Manage the phase-out of delisted product materials.
* Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.
Requirements
* Significant experience in a fast-paced supply chain management role.
* A background in food production or manufacturing is preferred.
* Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 3 times per week in their office in North London.
The salary bracket for this position is from £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits.
