A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, advising employer and employee clients on:

* Unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
\t
* Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements
\t
* TUPE, contract drafting, and policy advice
\t
* Representation at Employment Tribunal hearings
\tYou will also support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About You
