About the Role As Senior Practitioner, you'll guide and support staff, manage specific projects, and step in for the Accommodation Manager when needed. You'll take the lead on complex and specialist cases, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery across housing support, accommodation services, and community reintegration.
