Job Description
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist in leading and training a team of Food and Beverage team members
* Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards are met
* Liaise with the kitchen to maintain highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
* Ensure guest expectations are met with service exuding luxury and aligned with Sofitel brand standards
* Promote a strong Heartist culture, focusing on unforgettable experiences for guests
Qualifications
* Service‑focused personality, passion for food and beverage
* Previous experience in a similar leadership role preferred
* Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, ability to lead by example
* Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
* Ensure staff competence in all service procedures and ability to maximize sales
