Branch Manager
Basic Salary: £30,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000
The Role
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing and developing a successful team, and delivering exceptional customer service while growing market share and profitability.
This role would suit a motivated leader with strong estate agency experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about coaching and developing others.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Drive new business generation and increase market share
* Oversee valuations and listings, ensuring high conversion rates
* Monitor branch performance, KPIs and financial targets
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders
* Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting
* Recruit, train and develop team members
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in estate agency (senior negotiator, assistant manager or branch manager level)
* Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
* Highly driven, commercial and results-focused mindset
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
