This is a permanent role and would be a 32 hours a week (11pm - 7am) flexibility is essential with this role. Previous night receptionist experience would be preferred. You must be customer focused.

You will be required to take bookings over the phone and by email. Check guests in, take payments, ensure the safety of guests overnight, setting up function rooms for conferences and events. Ensure that the Hotel lobby and all other parts of the hotel are secured overnight. Night audits carried out on fire exits and any notes to be taken for night report book for handover. You will be required to cover any holidays/sickness
