* Able to diagnose and complete a cost-effective repair
What the Company is Looking For:
* NVQ Level 2 or above will be required for relevant trades
* Experience of working in a social housing or building maintenance environment preferred
* Comfortable working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of the Client
* Organized approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs effectively and timely
* Practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times
