About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Telford. This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development during their crucial primary years.
Your Main Duties:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Plan and assess learning to ensure all pupils are making progress and reaching their potential.
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to support pupils with varying needs and abilities.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents and school leadership.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
* Take part in school life, including staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6).
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
* Good classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and engage learners.
* A reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for supporting the academic and personal development of pupils.
