A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a fresh implementation programme. This is a key role requiring leadership, deep HCM solution knowledge, and strong client engagement skills.
* Strong understanding of full Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
* Experience in full UK HCM suite setup
* Track record of leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments
* Deep configuration skills across Core HR, Absence, and Payroll (UK)
? 5 Areas of Responsibility:
* Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
* Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
* Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
* Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
* Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
