About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect varied work that is rewarding. Tasks may include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time. Some weekends included.
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm‑hearted approach will shine through, and you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
