We are working with a premium hospitality group to find them a strategic and hands-on Digital Manager to lead their digital presence across a portfolio of standout London venues.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, design-led restaurant and bar group known for bold concepts, high-energy guest experiences, and a modern approach to luxury hospitality.
As part of a fast-moving marketing team, the Digital Manager will oversee the full digital ecosystem—covering website performance, CRM, SEO, and paid digital campaigns—to drive engagement, visibility, and commercial growth across multiple lifestyle-focused brands.
Please note: This role is based full-time in office / on-site
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of all brand websites, ensuring UX, content, and functionality support both brand goals and business objectives
* Develop and manage paid media campaigns across social, display, and search, working closely with media and creative partners
* Own and evolve the CRM strategy, including segmentation, campaign creation, and performance reporting
* Collaborate with content and PR teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels
* Monitor KPIs and use data insights to inform strategy, improve conversion, and refine guest engagement approaches
* Lead SEO efforts and ensure content across all platforms remains relevant and optimised
* Keep up with industry trends and innovations to keep the brand ahead of the digital curve
* Support new openings and seasonal campaigns with tailored, high-impact digital strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
* Strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), SEO, and CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)
* Proven success managing and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns
* Data-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
* A creative collaborator with excellent communication and project management skills
* Passionate about innovation, brand storytelling, and enhancing guest journeys in the digital space
