An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the nursing team on Ward 2 at Wansbeck General Hospital. We are a busy sub‑acute medical ward with an interest in gastroenterology and respiratory patients.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and team‑working skills, be dedicated to improving the patients experience, and provide clinical leadership. They will role‑model, empower and support the clinical team, deliver high‑quality nursing care, and work closely within a multidisciplinary team. The Deputy Ward Manager will support the Ward Manager, Matron and Ward Team in maintaining a patient‑focused positive environment and shape a collective leadership culture within the Trust.
