What the Job Involves This hybrid role involves working as part of the Family Gateway Team to provide information, advice, and assistance to families and professionals. You will manage and coordinate multiple referrals without carrying a caseload, based at the Conference Centre, Eastmoors Road, CF24 5RR, with usually two office days per week. You will engage with clients through telephone, web chat, and email, ensuring they receive the right level of support at the right time.
