We are looking for a confident Care Professional to join our Responder team.
The responder team, supports our existing Care Professionals with sickness and holiday cover, ensuring that quality care for our clients is maintained. You will also be working closely with the Care team, to conduct client reviews and Introductions.
This role will also give you great exposure to our quality processes, building your career pathway. You will also become mentors for new Care Professionals supporting them in their Care Professional journey with Home Instead.
The shift pattern for this position is working on 4 days on and 4 days off, covering high client demand times.
50 per hour. (Higher than normal hourly rate)
