Job responsibilities
* Provide vital support to the Bid and Contracts Team, ensuring smooth operations through efficient administration of contracts, data, and reporting.
* Coordinate contractual documentation, maintain records, and prepare reports.
* Support the timely submission of bids.
* Ensure timely creation and maintenance of various commercial files.
* Maintain and update data spreadsheets and online databases.
* Provide general administrative support for the Bid and Contracts Team.
* Coordinate amendments, renewals, and extensions of existing contracts, working with the Contracts Manager.
* Provide cross‑cover support monitoring tender portals, bid inboxes, and related tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately.
* Understanding of the health and social care sector (desirable but not essential).
* Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems.
* Flexible, can‑do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team.
