As a Digital Product Manager – Associate or Vice President, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our global client-facing platform for the cross-asset portfolio solutions business. You will provide direction and leadership to a diverse team delivering capabilities for the full product lifecycle of various portfolio types, supporting decisions with metrics and insights, and turning requirements into tangible business deliverables. The role requires organization, experience in managing large-scale projects, balancing demands from senior stakeholders across regions and lines of business, and resource management to deliver optimal outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee multi-year strategic roadmaps, development, launch, and marketing to maximize product benefits.
2. Set product direction ensuring alignment with overall program and company goals.
3. Manage day-to-day product activities such as requirements gathering, project management, product delivery, client experience, and communication. Prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
4. Conduct client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and address challenges of product commoditization to create advanced solutions.
5. Oversee all aspects of the program lifecycle, including market demands, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
6. Contribute to and own targets, and oversee identification and execution of opportunities.
7. Ensure clear communication of the program.
8. Drive innovation by collaborating with external vendors and internal partners to develop products, manage relationships, and prepare agreements.
9. Partner with stakeholders across Structuring, Sales, QR, UX, Marketing, Legal, and Technology to deliver business results through strategic capability development.
10. Demonstrate interest in FinTech and the future of Digital within Investment Banking, analyzing industry trends and competitors to deliver better products.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Experience in Product Management within Financial Services.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes.
* Skill in translating complex business needs into technical requirements and quickly acquiring domain knowledge.
* Experience working within an agile framework—scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement.
* Experience with client-centric design practices.
* Experience working in a front-office environment.
* Experience managing digital web-based platforms or change management programs.
* Functional experience in product development and analytics.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and team collaboration ability.
* Experience with financial data sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI.
* Experience in Equity Derivatives, Structured Products, Credit, or Financing.
