Role: People Partner
Client: B2B SaaS
Location: London (4 days p/w on-site)

Our client, a growing SaaS business and leader in their field, are searching for a People Partner to be the driving force for their people operations team. You’ll balance day-to-day HR delivery with strategic people initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture and that the business has what it needs operationally to continue to grow.
What you’ll do:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, development, and offboarding.
* Liaise with the Managing Director, Group HR, and department leads to implement scalable people-management frameworks that support our clients' growth.
* Own recruitment across technical disciplines, defining role requirements and managing direct channels and agency partners for software engineering, product, and operations roles.
* Oversee onboarding programmes that embed new joiners effectively into our clients’ culture and ways of working.
* Manage performance review cycles, employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
* Support the development of HR policies, career frameworks, and training initiatives that promote growth and engagement.
* Provide workforce insights to leadership on retention, headcount planning, and team health.
* Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across all people initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
* At least 3 years’ experience in HR or People Operations within a technology, SaaS, or product-led environment.
* Direct experience recruiting and supporting technical teams such as engineers, product managers, or data specialists.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
* Proven ability to implement HR systems, processes, and people frameworks in scaling organisations.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to balance people-first thinking with business priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth tech setting where adaptability is key.
