An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer to join NHS Tayside’s Digital Admin Office. As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of centralised functions across the Directorate, driving efficiency and cohesion across all the teams. What we are looking for: You should have knowledge admin processes, procurement processes, project management processes, excellent communication skills and have capabilities in the following areas: Delivering, improving, interrogating, and monitoring information Project Support duties including ability to record and monitor complex project information Working to deadlines Planning and organising meetings and minute taking Use of Microsoft Office Suite What we will give you: The post holders will have a degree of autonomy within their role, reporting to the Strategic Delivery Heads of Service This is a 1 year fixed term/secondment, full-time post (37 hrs per week) within the Digital Directorate, currently based at MacKenzie Building, Dundee. We aim to provide an environment that encourages work/life balance and there is some flexibility in team remote working on a partial basis. Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland” 2009; and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
