ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a contract Building Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings.
About the role:-
* Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
* Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
* Producing technical and defect analysis reports
* Life cycle costings
* Organise your week accordingly, depending on workload, and travelling to meet with clients
* Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.
* Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
What's in it for you:
£250 to £300 per day, all travel expenses paid for, and an immediate start.

You must have relevant building surveying experience to be successful with your application.
