Conduct initial reviews and assessments (paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone). Observe and report on individuals' ability to perform activities. Analyze and interpret clinical information and supporting evidence. Create detailed reports (3,000-4,000 words) for each claimant, up to 3 daily. Provide sufficient evidence and justification for DWP decision-making. Enhance your clinical knowledge about less familiar health conditions. This role is hybrid, involving remote work and assessments at local centers on a rota basis. Qualifications:
At least one year's post-registration experience as a nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic. Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or others) without restrictions, with a valid PIN. Excellent observational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office; ability to access remote systems. Valid driving license or access to transportation for assessment centers. Successful candidates must pass government baseline vetting for security clearance. Working Hours:
7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week, with flexible hours between 8am-8pm, subject to agreement with your manager after training. About Capita HAAS:
