Job Summary
Calling skilled carpenters looking for a rewarding career who live close to CO10.
We are a small family run business, meaning we are a friendly, close knit crew producing and installing high end Oak framed buildings.
We produce work we are immensely proud of and there's nothing better than thrilling our clients with their finished projects.
We do things properly and professionally, never cutting corners.
No two jobs are the same, as everything we make is bespoke which makes life interesting.
If this sounds appealing, then we can offer a rewarding long term career.
We normally work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
You'll have the opportunity to earn between £35,000 to £40,000 a year depending on experience.
Sometimes you will work on your own, and other times as part of a team, solving problems as they arise. We collaborate with other tradespeople on site, including electricians and roofers, to ensure a seamless project execution.
You will have a driving licence, as we can provide a fully funded company vehicle (after a short trial period).
We try to keep travel time to a minimum, hence you will need to live within 40 minutes of our location, being CO10.
You'll have the chance of moving into a management role in time, helping run sites and teams.
You will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques, specifically Oak framing, joinery and roofing plus be proficient in using power tools.
Any knowledge in using workshop machinery would be a plus, as we have a large workshop.
The role starts from working drawings and following through to installing on site and all that this involves, keeping the daily workload diverse and engaging.
We all work to a high standard of customer service and act professionally at all times. It means you will be proud of who we are.
This is a physical role, involving heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpentry work and assembling structures.
If you are passionate about carpentry and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply. Join our team and contribute your expertise to create exceptional structures that stand the test of time.
Email us at if you are interested with your details and phone number and our Director will contact you directly to discuss.
