Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding clinical care to patients, maintaining high standards of veterinary excellence.
2. Consult with clients to provide advice, diagnosis, and treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner.
3. Perform surgical and medical procedures with competence and confidence.
4. Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through teamwork and clinical discussions.
5. Support and mentor less experienced team members where appropriate.
Requirements
1. Degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration (or eligibility) with the RCVS.
2. Proactive approach with a commitment to high clinical standards and client service.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
4. Confidence in routine surgeries and consultations (support provided for areas of development).
5. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
Full time - 4 to 5 days per week, with a share of weekend rota and no OOH's.
Salary
Salary of £50,000 to £70,000 FTE, commensurate with experience.
