About the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape seamless, intuitive experiences across our healthcare workforce solutions, automating complex rota-building processes and leveraging AI for impact.
This role offers the chance to work with the latest AI-powered tools for prototyping and UI development, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and users to create effective solutions for NHS hospitals and clinicians.
We seek a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to redefine workforce management in healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Drive the product vision for Connected Scheduling, defining end-to-end user experience across all platforms.
* Develop our AI rota generation tool, In-Genius, to be fully self-serve with conversational AI and traditional UI.
* Design high-quality, engineering-ready designs in Figma.
* Create prototypes from low to high fidelity using GenAI tools like Bolt and Replit.
* Conduct usability testing and user research to inform product development.
* Manage Lantum’s product design system for mobile and web in Figma.
Requirements
About you — We’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in product design.
* Experience managing the full design process, from research to final handoff.
* Proficiency with modern design tools, including GenAI prototyping.
* Interest or experience in front-end development and GenAI code generation.
* Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred) and with AI products.
* Experience designing conversational AI interfaces is a plus.
* Experience with post-merger integration is a plus.
* Comfort being the sole designer in a dynamic startup environment.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
