Offer description

Workflow & Digital Solutions Analyst - (Specialist, Digital Productivity Analyst)
Toyota GB is seeking a dynamic and confident candidate to join our Digital Productivity Team in a pivotal role. As a Workflow & Digital Solutions Analyst you will support our ‘Creating Flow’ programme by identifying and analysing efficiency opportunities within the business. Working as a conduit between the business and our technology team you will help translate these opportunities into user stories which are then met with technical designs and ultimately digital workflow solutions.

This is not a technical role, and your curious mindset, creativity with problem solving and courage to deliver outcomes will see you to success more than your knowledge of digital tools. Primarily your day-to-day work will involve engagement with stakeholders from across the business, diving into their business processes and activities which will give you the opportunity to understand a broad spectrum of Toyota’s operations.

The Digital Productivity Team work as an Agile Scrum team and in this regard the analyst role fulfils some ‘product owner’ type responsibilities, managing and helping prioritise the backlog of opportunities collaboratively. This role also allows the right candidate to develop their abilities as a coach, supporting the business in adopting some of the simpler productivity solutions within Microsoft 365 such as SharePoint, Planner and Copilot.

In this role you will get to live and breathe the Toyota Way – our world-renowned set of principles between the pillars of respect for people and continuous improvement.

You might already be working on Digital Workplace, automation or M365 projects and want to join a business that can offer you development and growth, or you could be someone who just has the right blend of Curiosity, Courage and Creativity, looking for a challenge to take that next step up in your career as an analyst. You might also be a complete petrol head (which is great, but you don’t have to be), love innovation and believe that there’s ‘Always a better way’ or share our values and ethos around mobility and the environment – If that sounds like a bit of you, then read on for more info and detail about the position in the Job Profile.
