Overview
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis in Theale. This is an evening and weekend position working Sunday to Thursday 12noon to 8pm. These roles could become home based after training and home based at weekends.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound telephone calls promptly.
* Proactively resolving customer enquiries.
* Producing quotations and estimates.
* Processing purchase orders.
* Coordinating email traffic within shared inboxes.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills
* Intermediate IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a flexible can-do attitude
* Good inter-personal skills, must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
