We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive finance professional to operate across reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering. This is a broad, high-visibility role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
The Role
* Deliver insightful monthly reporting, adding clear, value-driven commentary
* Lead variance analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
* Own weekly cash flow forecasting, supporting liquidity and planning
* Partner with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and performance
* Support long-term planning and scenario modelling to guide strategic decisions
* Build strong relationships across sales, marketing and technical teams
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
About You
* Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business
* Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
