Location: RNLI College, Poole, BH15 1HZ
Pay rate: £12.71/hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: Shift times range from 6.30 am – midnight
We’re looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at RNLI College and help create a welcoming space for our customers. As part of the Waiting & Bar Staff, you will mainly be working front-of-house supporting day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas, and supporting front-of-house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Food & Beverage Manager on-site.

What you’ll do:
* Serve meals and beverages with a smile
* Manage cash and operate tills
* Keep the bar and lounge areas clean and tidy
* Manage stock and rotate using FIFO
* Report feedback, issues, or hazards to your manager
* Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
* Support the team with any additional duties as needed.

What we’re looking for:
* UK resident for the past 3 years with legal right to work
* Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
* Over 18
* Previous bar experience is great, but not essential – full training provided!
