Our client an expanding MSP are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team.
You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.
Technically, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of as many of the following as possible:
* Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+
* Windows 10+, Microsoft Office
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email)
* VoIP systems
* MS Teams and SharePoint Online
* Apple products
