This role is a part-time position to lead and coach our U9 age group within our advanced Boys Elite (Tier 2) Outfield Development Centres within Cabridge Utd player pathway.
Key Job Outcomes
• To design and deliver weekly training sessions in alignment with Cambridge Utd syllabus provided by management.
• To adhere to coaching philosophy and methods across the player pathway.
• To complete and log accurate online player attendance records to each session to support the monitoring for player progression.
• To complete two formal reports per season which will provide players with feedback on their technical, tactical, physical and psychological performance.
• To attend CPD events to continually develop your own personal skills and knowledge alongside utilising and implementing these skills to improve the quality of session delivery.
• To lead age group fixtures when available.
• To represent Cambridge Utd professionally and enthusiastically with players, parents and staff.
