We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Horley. Initially a 10-month contract. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, friendly team supporting a range of customer and internal projects.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Creating purchase orders and updating details in the CRM system
Providing admin support to sales and project teams
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Preparing quotes and sending them to clients
Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliersWhat We're Looking For
Experience in administration or sales support (similar roles preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator across phone and email
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy team environmentWhat's on Offer
Competitive salary up to £27,000 per annum
10 month contract with potential to become permanent
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
