Clinical Senior Care Assistant
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Orrell, Greater Manchester area.
You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
This nursing home provides quality care to its residents and a full range of care for residential and nursing needs for both long term and respite periods.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Key Duties
* Manage the care team within the Home.
* Ensure that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional levels of care to residents.
* Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise staff.
* Instruct less‑experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
* Self‑motivated, resilient and well‑organised.
* Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
* Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
* Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: GBP 14.55 per hour (annual GBP 18,158.40) for a permanent part‑time role of 24 hours a week on days.
