We are seeking a reliable and experienced Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor with Counterbalance Forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves supervising a small warehouse team, coordinating loading and unloading activities, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a small warehouse team of 2-5 operatives
* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load and unload vehicles
* Assist the team with unloading deliveries and loading outbound vehicles
* Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and tasks are completed on time
* Manage driver compliance checks and ensure all required documentation is completed
* Assist with general yard duties including maintaining cleanliness and removing waste or damaged materials
* Support warehouse operations with manual handling and stock movement
* Ensure all team members follow health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Skills & Experience
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence required
* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role preferred
* Experience operating a forklift within a busy warehouse environment
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Good communication and ability to motivate a small team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
* Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example

* Monday to Friday
* 04:00am - 13:00pm
* 40 hours per week
* Occasional weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
